Description

Sie bieten hier auf einen bestückten Platinen-Satz zum Bau des
Phono-Vorverstärkers von Pass Labs,
dem XOno.
Die Hauptplatinen sind geeignet, einen kompletten Kanal der XOno, der aus Spannungsregelung, MC-Teil,
MM-Teil mit RIAA-Entzerrung und Cinch-Ausgangsstufe sowie dem XLR-Ausgang besteht, aufzubauen.
Die Gleichrichter-Platine wird mit SMD ultrafast Dioden bestückt geliefert.
Die Haupt-Platine wird mit bestückten DIP-Schaltern, installierten SMD-Widerständen und allen erforderlichen Halbleitern geliefert. Beide Konstantstromquellen werden ausgemessen und über die entsprechenden Festwiderstände eingestellt.
Der MC-Teil ist mit originalen Toshiba 2SK170 bestückt. Der MM-Teil wird mit einem LSK389A (baugleich mit dem Toshiba 2SK389) ausgestattet. Diese Halbleiter wurden penibel ausgemessen und Stück- /bzw. kanalweise gematched. Weitere Infos erhalten Sie gerne auf Anfrage.
Die Gleichrichterplatine enthält gegenüber dem Original eine verbesserte Siebung. Die Siebung wurde in CLCLC-Technik ausgeführt.
Durch dieses Design entfällt ein großer Teil der Verdrahtung und vereinfacht damit den Aufbau deutlich.
Die Haupt-Platine enthält einen 8fach DIP-Schalter durch den sich für MC-Systeme 255 Widerstandswerte einstellen lassen. Ein weiterer 4fach-DIP-Schalter ermöglicht die Anpassung der Eingangskapazität für MM-Systeme in 16 Stufen.
Durch die einstellbaren Spannungsregler wird eine symmetrische Gleichspannung von +30V/-30V erzeugt. Die Spannung lässt sich per Präzisionstrimmer mv-genau einstellen.
Bestückt ist hier die unsymmetrische Variante, die zum Betrieb mit nur Cinch-Ausgängen vorgesehen ist.

Es steht eine genaue Aufbauanleitung, BOM, Bestückungsplan, etc. zur Verfügung. Diesen übersende ich gerne vorab. Ich begleite dieses Projekt bis zur vollständigen Fertigstellung. Sollte der PreAmp nicht funktionieren, übernehme ich gegen einen geringen Kostenteil die Fehlersuche und die Reparatur.

You are bidding here on a set of circuit boards for building the phono preamplifier from Pass Labs,
the XOno.
The motherboards are suitable to build a complete channel of the XOno, which consists of voltage regulation, MC part,
MM-part with RIAA equalization and RCA output stage as well as the XLR output.
The rectifier board is supplied assembled with SMD ultrafast diodes.
The main board is delivered with equipped DIP switches, installed SMD resistors and all necessary semiconductors. Both constant current sources are measured and adjusted via the corresponding fixed resistors.
The MC part is equipped with original Toshiba 2SK170. The MM part is equipped with a LSK389A (identical in construction to the Toshiba 2SK389). These semiconductors were meticulously measured and matched per piece or channel. Further information is available on request.
The rectifier board contains an improved screening compared to the original. The filtering is done in CLCLC technology.
This design eliminates a large part of the wiring and thus simplifies the setup significantly.
The main board contains an 8-way DIP switch through which 255 resistance values can be set for MC systems. Another 4-fold DIP switch allows the adjustment of the input capacitance for MM systems in 16 steps.
The adjustable voltage regulators generate a balanced DC voltage of +30V/-30V. The voltage can be adjusted mv-accurately by precision trimmer.
Equipped here is the unbalanced version, which is intended for operation with RCA outputs only.
